What are we made of?

In Kindergarten Science we learn about the properties of living things. This "Mind Map" organizes topics of discussion such as the five senses, parts of plants, and animals into distinct categories that are easy to see and understand. Students can easily see the difference between these topics and learn a little about the parts that make up living things.

Standards Addressed
This project fulfills the Kindergarten Science Standard 4, Objective 2: "Describe the parts of living things - Five senses and related body parts, identify major parts of plants, and compare different parts of animals (fur, feathers, scales, etc.)."

Ed. Tech. Standards:
Standard 5: Use technology tools (e.g. multimedia authoring, presentation, web tools, digital cameras, scanners, etc.) for individual and collaborative writing, communication, and publishing activities to create knowledge products for audiences inside and outside the classroom).
